The data serves as a good starting point to learn about food habits and most importantly, the findings break many myths about what food we prefer. Swiggy as always has been a pioneer in digital marketing space whether be it social media campaigns, newsjacking, or the plain old boring e-mails. They have to be on their toes as their rival Zomato is also highly active and engaging on social media. Swiggy has compiled the data for consumers for the whole year and has sent a perfect customized mail for each single one (hyper targeting!)
